This book give real examples of how small businesses in developing countries specifically Kenya are responding to environmental changes. It will be evident that they are mimicking the big corporations. The books detail down strategies that small businesses are using to respond to rapid changes in their environment, this is done using a case study of a group of businesses that have been successful over the year in capital city of Kenya- Nairobi.

Stephen Kagwathi is currently the Chair Business School for Africa Nazarene University-Kenya. He has also lectured in the same university since 2007 to date in area of strategic management. He has published widely with peer reviewed international journals such as Journal of Management and Sustainability and IOSR journal of Business and Management.
