Agriculture in Pakistan, as in many other developing countries, is the single most important sector, measured in term of its contribution to the gross domestic product (G D P), export, earning and provision of employment. An Pakistan, Agriculture continues to be the largest sector of the economy as it provides to half of the civilian labor force and shares almost half of the major exports. An Charsadda small farmers are facing the problem of inefficient farms operation, low level of income, traditional farming, lack of link between market and farm management , non institutional credit with high interest rate, having lees interest in organizing cooperatives and coverage of more area under low value of food crops. Therefore the book in hand is an attempt to investigate into the socio- economic constraints facing small farmers in the adoption of improved farm technology on small in district charsadda.
