Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are a major cause of death globally and there are a lot of expense concerns associated. Heart failure (HF) is the CVD with the most incidences and is characterized by the heart not pumping enough blood to the body. The importance of non- invasive and continuous solutions for personal health systems is in ascension, and this project deals with blood volume and blood pressure.BP is typically measured using a mercury sphygmomanometer. However, to check a person's BP during unexpected situations, there is a need for a portable, convenient device or apparatus. Despite the availability of digital wrist and arm BP meters, most people do not carry these devices during their daily travelling to the work place, gymnasiums, recreational facilities, etc. This device is portable, easy to carry any where any condition.
