Innovative, complex, prospective, independent, conceptual, integrative, sequential process of creation and subsequent systematic development of a new project for a new smart product, which is formed according to the hierarchy and structural scheme - from innovative start-up, in most cases formed during brainstorming sessions to a fundamentally new product with quality and design corresponding to the best international advanced standards and samples.In these conditions, the creation of an integrative invention and execution of a patent application using elements of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks is of key importance in the plans for the development and defense of the project.At the same time for the systematic organization of this process the huge experience is used, which was accumulated in the organization and successful implementation of exceptionally effective and successful projects in the period of introduction of innovations that appeared before the so-called smart technologies and smart products.The level of competition in this period was very high and it served as an impetus for the creation of methods and systems for the creation of products and technologies possessing world novelty.
