Mariane Ribeiro da Silva Rodrigues, this is her first published book. The author wants her monograph to make a contribution to the community and believes that one of the university's roles is to produce products and research that contribute to society in the many ways that exist. The topic chosen is intended to encourage research and the development of products that provide the means for the independence and intellectual development of children with disabilities, with the intention that new work will emerge so that progress can be made on this proposal, reaching the widest possible range of people and needs, considering that there are simple ideas and solutions that have the potential to make a big difference in the world. Proud of her project, she pays tribute to her parents, husband and supervising professor.
