SMEs Operation Strategies Towards Global Competitiveness

SMEs play a crucial role in economic prosperity and industrial development of any country. However, this kind of enterprises has limited resources as well as operational capabilities therefore, SMEs face a great number of challenges and threats from other organizational domestically as well as internationally. In this sense understanding of operational strategies for the perspective of SMEs executives make a real sense because this investigation shows how different operational strategies are formulated and executed and enable other researchers and also practitioners to comprehend this filed more effectively.
