In November 2007 Chill Factore designed by FaulknerBrowns Architects opened in Manchester, UK making it the worlds widest slope at 100m at the bottom. In autumn 2009 construction started on a fourth 300 metre ski slope at SnowWorld, Zoetermeer, Netherlands.
