Details
This book is made in an effort to create awareness among people about social entrepreneurship in the context of developing countries like Nepal and mainly among South Asian countries. While Corporate Social Responsibility is slowly introduced and practiced in such countries concepts like social entrepreneurship is lacking way behind.Although geniuses like Mohammad Yunus have worked wonders, poor people continue to suffer as their foremost issue of food and shelter has not been addressed.Social entrepreneurs are making contributions in different areas and are making an impact but a lot more could be done in this field. Governments should acknowledge their importance and boost them in an effective way. It is the responsibility of everyone in the society to contribute to the well being of all. We must all come together and applaud these social entrepreneurs who do such wonderful jobs to make the lives of others better.
