Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Physical fitness is maintained by a range of physical activities. According to a correction in the January 19 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association, About 365,000 people died because of those causes [poor diet and inactivity] in 2000, up from about 300,000 in 1990 (CDC).
