Eine internationale Vergleichsforschung über "Soziale Gerechtigkeit im Sozialen Wandel", die im Rahmen des International Social "Justice"-Projekts entstanden ist.

Autorentext
Dipl. Ing. Bernd Wegener, geb. 1952, ist seit 1980 beruflich tätig im Umwelt- und Naturschutz des Landkreises Ludwigslust. Seit 1999 ist er dort in der unteren Naturschutzbehörde für die Landschaftsplanung, seit 2007 auch für Biotopschutz zuständig. Das Interesse für Ethnologie besteht seit der Jugendzeit. Im Ergebnis vieler Reisen zu Indigenen in Marokko, Bolivien, Paraguay, USA, Kanada, der Kleinen Antillen-Insel Dominica sowie den Philippinenentstanden Ausstellungen, Vorträge, Veröffentlichungen in Zeitschriften, u. a. in POGROM (Gesellschaft für bedrohte Völker e.V.).
