Social justice means a way of life with monumental liberty, equality and fraternity as the principles of life to achieve dignity as the final goal of human life. A true essence of social justice cannot be established without removing the inequalities in income and making endeavour to eliminate inequalities in status though the rule of law. Social justice is a core constitutional objective. Without social justice the Constitution would not able to secure social, political, economic and other justice to the people.Social justice which is an integral part of our Constitution. The concept of social justice which the democracy of India engrafted consists of diverse principles essential for the orderly growth and development of personality of every citizen. Social justice denotes the equal treatment of all citizens without any social distinction based on caste, creed, colour, race, religion, sex and so on. It means absence of privileges being extended to any particular section of the society, and improvement in the conditions of backward classes (SCs, STs, and OBCs) and women.
