Social Register of beneficiaries of social protection in Mali

In this analysis of the process of operationalising the unified register in Mali, we have made a diagnosis of the initiatives undertaken by various actors on this specific issue, based on a five-step theoretical path suggested by Ayala Consulting Group1 on the process of setting up a unified register of beneficiaries. The analysis of the general context of the social protection system in the country, and the consideration of the issues, challenges and assets thus identified, led us to propose a scheme for the configuration of the unified register for the country, as well as its main components.
