Social right to work

In this book, the author examines the case of cigarette testers in the context of labor law, providing an illustrative overview of the preservation of the right to health of cigarette testers and the tension that arises between preventive health care and the need to maintain employment. The book also examines the work of cigarette tasters to see whether it is possible to preserve both the right to health and the right to work in the light of fundamental constitutional principles.
