Social Security as an instrument of social welfare for public servants

Municipal governments are public entities with their own legal personality and assets, obliged to comply with the labour benefits of their public servants; however, in most municipal public administrations they do not provide the minimum benefits provided for in the social security law, which has repercussions on the development of their labour activities, to the detriment of the quality of life of public servants.
