Social security assessment of nursing staff

Work is a vital, inevitable activity for people, which enables them to meet their needs and those of those in their care. In hospitals, inadequate social security for staff is only one aspect of the many facets of the motivation problem. Thus, the nursing staff are rather busy trying to find out by all means how to meet their multiple essential needs of everyday life: preparing for the children's future, preparing for retirement, etc., which has a negative influence on the performance of the caregiver and therefore the quality of care given to patients.

Docteur Jacques Nkumba Phuabu est né à Kayi Mbungu le 24 Novembre 1980. Diplômé d'État (Baccalauréat) en 2000, puis Gradué en Sciences Biomédicales en 2006 à l'Université de Lubumbashi, il décrochera son Diplôme de Docteur en Médecine en 2016 à l'Université Kongo.
