In this book, the author has presented various problems and measures to get rid of it so far as the Social Security is concerned in general and to Rourkela Steel Plant in particular. We hope this book work may be useful for the promotion and welfare of the social Security in various sectors of the Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies & Industries. Particularly Rourkela Steel Plant may enhance its Social Security measures for better upliftment of employees and employers personal and organizational development.
