The rapid transformation of society, ongoing changes and greater dynamism and engagement with other cultures and the need for socio-cultural competence make knowledge of aspects of social change necessary. An improvement in the behaviour of individuals, groups and organizations as well as possible solutions requires a detailed analysis in theory and practice (cf. SCHRADER 2024).As a country of diverse cultures, Austria is experiencing changes in the social strata. The opportunities to understand, respect and appreciate each other in conversation need to be learned. Despite the differences in the understanding of knowledge, free discourse and all language problems, it remains a shared responsibility to identify points of contact and to make efforts in social relationships or in cultural matters. The equality of people must be taken into account.The study is divided into the concepts of "aspects of a socio-cultural theory discussion" of general didactics, digital learning and teaching, history didactics, higher education didactics - pre-vocational education, vocational training and personnel development.
