Socio-pedagogical integration of the student

With the realization of this research, the authors proposed to develop the tutorial competence in professors without neglecting the close relationship between this competence and the rest of the competences that an education professional should possess, among which are didactic competence, competence for educational guidance, competence for educational research, competence for educational communication, competence for educational management and competence for attention to diversity. It only remains for the authors of this text to invite you to find in its pages issues that will serve to make higher education institutions centers that embrace diversity as a premise to achieve the socio-educational inclusion of all students, since a university that is committed to quality must necessarily be an inclusive university.

Os três autores são professores da Universidade de Ciências Pedagógicas Enrique José Varona, em Havana, Cuba. Possuem conhecimentos teóricos e práticos aprofundados sobre o assunto abordado. Realizaram vários projectos de investigação que se debruçam sobre os principais problemas que limitam a inclusão adequada no Ensino Superior.
