SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF UNSURVEILLANCE UNDERAGE

This publication is devoted to an urgent social topic, since the neglect of minors refers to social phenomena that have a long and significant impact on the social life of society, since the norms and values learned by minors affect not only themselves, but also the next generations through transmission and the spread of asocial norms and values in Russian society. The topic touched upon in the monograph is of interest both to those studying social problems and to a wide range of readers.

Nacido en Irkutsk. Desde la primera infancia hasta la graduación de la escuela secundaria, vivió en la ciudad de Tomari, región de Sakhalin, que considera su "pequeña patria". Graduado con honores de la Facultad de Psicología y Trabajo Social de la Far Eastern State University. Después de graduarse de la escuela de posgrado, aceptó una oferta para trabajar en el Departamento de Trabajo Social de la Far Eastern State University. Pasó la formación científica en EE.UU. y Alemania.
