Sociological Study of Women Agricultural Labourers in Chittoor Dist.

Women play a significant role in agriculture, the world over.Agricultural India's most important economic sector. Agricultural sector woman plays a vital role, because it is largely a household enterprise. Women in India are major producers of food in terms of value, volume and number of hours worked.there is an underlying paradox at the heart of the literature and analyses of women in agriculture and which appears to hold across the world. On the one hand there is a growing recognition of women and their role in the sector.
