The Author obtained PhD degree in Public Health, MA degree in development studies, Senior Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, A in sociology and Social Administration. He served as a Lecturer, Assistant Dean and as an Academic Program Coordinator. At present he is serving as an Assistant Professor and Department Head, Addis Ababa University.
