Soft computing with Type - 2 Fuzzy logic

This book incorporates several soft computing techniques along with the type-2 Fuzzy Logic into the effort estimation, image processing for software project development. Some architecture has been proposed with type-2 Fuzzy Logic for the development of intelligent system for different application area. An experimental result is shown for effort estimation and comparison is made in between type-1 and type-2 Fuzzy Logic. It is found that type-2 Fuzzy Logic originally introduced by L.A. Zadeh is really a novel technique of Soft Computing. A system which have been developed, with type-1 can be replaced with type-2 Fuzzy Logic to incorporate more uncertain behavior of the system. It is also suggested to explore various features of type-2 Fuzzy Logic for the development of the new system undoubtedly.
