Solid waste management plan for the metal mechanic industry "IKAS-MET"

This study is focused on making an initial diagnosis of the management of solid waste and its final disposal in order to propose programs for the proper management of this waste and to make its separation and classification more efficient in order to reduce the environmental impacts that this waste could cause if it is not properly managed. This will serve as a reference for other industries in the area. There is a trend towards environmental care, which is why all industries need to comply with environmental regulations in terms of their production processes so that waste management is responsible and appropriate, with a focus on improving productivity and increasing competitiveness.
