The book is intended for London GCE Advanced Level students in statistics, first and second year students in Statistics, Natural and Applied Sciences, Engineering and Business faculties in Universities, Polytechnics/Colleges of Technology and Research Institutions. Also, the first two sections of the book would be useful to senior high school students in statistics and Additional or Further Mathematics.

Umana Itaketo is a Professor of Systems & Control Engineering at the University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria. Presently, he is teaching postgraduate students Control Engineering & Applied Mathematics in that University. He has published several research papers in accredited journals, and books on Control Engineering and Applied Mathematics.
