Some Applications of GERT Analysis in Quality Control

With great pride and pleasure, I present a book based on Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique (GERT) methodology for solving few quality control problems. This book contains some applicable models used for researchers and industrialists. In this book sincere efforts have been made to ensure that the book addresses requirements of the researchers and industrialists. Through the material developed in this, I strive to stimulate and encourage researchers to apply their analytical and mathematical skills, thereby make the learning process and challenging. I strongly believe that this style of curriculum, refurbished yet methodical in its approach, discourages rote learning by the researchers and instead encourages lateral thinking. I sincerely believe that this book will help researchers and industrials to comprehend enjoy the applications and apply the models. Nonetheless I always look forward to receiving suggestions that may enable me to further affect refinements and qualitative improvement to the book. I shall be grateful for the same.

The author has awarded Ph. D. degree from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, India under the supervision of Prof. Gauri Shankar. The author has three years experience of teaching to different streams. He has academic as well as administrative experience in the same and growing continue in the same direction.
