L'auteur est Nura Ibrahim Mukhtar, né le 13 juin 1974 dans l'ancienne ville de Kano au Nigeria. L'auteur est un universitaire et un praticien du développement communautaire qui s'intéresse à l'éducation et au développement communautaire, à l'éradication de la pauvreté, à la culture des jeunes, au développement communautaire et à l'éducation morale. Il est marié et a des enfants.
