Spatial and cartographic database of health care provision in Gabon

In this report, we first carried out an analysis of the existing situation, which enabled us to take stock of GIS software, DBMS, the available budget, human resources and geographical data, and to analyse the needs and make proposals. We then moved on to the actual implementation phase of the GIS: "health care provision in the Libreville-Owendo health region" of Gabon. In this phase, we defined the overall architecture of the system, modelled the spatial information system, chose the tools (RDBMS, Map Server, Web Server, GIS client software, Webmapping software) and developed the Webmapping interface.

Raymond Ondzigue Mbenga wurde am 21. November 1978 in Mitzic in Gabun geboren. Er hat einen Master 2 in Netzwerken und Informatiksystemen, den er 2006 im Senegal an der Ecole des Sciences du Commerce et de l'Informatique erworben hat. Im Jahr 2013 erwarb er einen Master 2 in Angewandter Informatik für Geografische Informationssysteme an der Universität von Douala.
