Special Topics in Philosophy Part 3 is a compilation of brief but concise research-based philosophical essays (first part of the book) and philosophical research papers (second part of the book) on certain issues in social philosophy, philosophy of education, and political philosophy. It intends to provide some concrete resolutions to certain social problems and concerns in philosophy of social sciences. This book serves as the third volume on Special Topics in Philosophy of the author to widen philosophical knowledge and expand such reflections to facilitate (more) public reason in contemporary societies.

Alvin A. Sario, PhD is an Associate Professor of Philosophy and Social Sciences in the Philippines. He teaches History of Philosophy, Research Designs and Methods, and Philosophy of Education. He regularly delivers philosophy lectures and papers in various universities and professional associations. His focus is social and political philosophy.
