Spine Diseases Detection Using HOG-SVM

In the Last two decades there has been tremendous research in the field of medical imaging, with the subsequent development in the computer technology.Medical imaging has become one of the important parts in today's medical practice, with key benefits such as fast diagnosis, precise result & its cost effectiveness. In this project we are going to use HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradients) and SVM (Support Vector Machine) for boundary regression for biomedical image segmentation. Here we will use MATLAB for computation of HOG and SVM. MATLAB image processing toolbox will be extensively used for reading, processing, visualizing and saving the images.
