Spiritual health is the foundation of human transformation

For as long as humanity has existed, it has been trying to find out if there is a connection between the spiritual and the bodily. It has been scientifically proven that there is indeed a connection between the spiritual and the bodily, and health. Apparently, they are so close that they cannot be considered separately from each other. It is from our spirituality and our culture that our health, our attitude towards the environment, to the people around us, to Nature and our way of life depends. After all, we ourselves choose our own priorities and guidelines for our lifestyle and health. Spiritual man understands that they are his culture, spiritual development and preservation of health for many years. An immoral person cannot be spiritual. Peace can only be achieved by one who is not disturbed by a continuous stream of desires, like rivers flowing into an ever-filling but always calm ocean. And there is no peace for him who seeks to satisfy his desires (Bhagavad-gita,2.70). Is it possible to create a happy society without spirituality? I think it is totally unrealistic.
