Sports Development Policies in Mozambique

The Development of Sport Policies - The environment surrounding organisations is dynamic and constantly changing, which may be exogenous or endogenous and requires adaptation for survival. Therefore, organisational development must respond by creating and recreating itself in order to achieve its objectives. Our objectives in this work were: To relate the profile of the employees and the level of satisfaction, evaluated by the results achieved.

Bendito Jonas Sadias Xavier holds a Master's degree in Education Sciences, specializing in Sports Management, PhD candidate, at the Doctoral School of the Universidade Pedaógica - Maputo, Mozambique. He teaches Sociology of Sport and Sport Management. He collaborates in the Mozambique Olympic Committee - Technical Director.
