Rajeeb Dey is presently working with National Institute of Technology, Silchar,Assam, India, as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering.Before joining NIT Silchar, he has served Sikkim Manipal University, Sikkim, for 12years in various positions (Lecturer, Reader and Associate Professor). His researchinterests are time-delay systems and control, robust control, control of biomedicalsystems and application of wireless communication in control. He is presentlyreviewer of many SCI(E) journals related to control engineering and applied math-ematics. Goshaidas Ray is presently full Professor in Heritage Institute of Technology,Kolkata. Before joining Heritage Institute of Technology, he has served for over 35years as a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Instituteof Technology Kharagpur, India. Valentina Emilia Balas is currently full Professor in the Department of Automaticsand Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, Aurel Vlaicu University ofArad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunicationsfrom Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 250research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her researchinterests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors,Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief toInternational Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and toInternational Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), memberin Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is thedirector of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad.She is a member of EUSFLAT, SIAM and a Senior Member IEEE, member in TC Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), member in TC Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS),member in TC Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS).
