The book contains research findings from a study carried out in Kenya on the influence of stakeholders involvement on project outcome.The case examined the project from the project cycle management approach and explored the reason behind delay completion of the project.The project was to be completed within one financial year with specific objective of establishing a model school with standard structures.A project has to be undertaken within the four parameters of time,cost.scope without compromising on the quality.At the centre is stakeholders who play a critical role in determining the outcome.The book has five chapters where each of the chapter contains particular item of the research components.
