STANDARDIZATION OF THE WORK ROUTINE IN THE SALES SECTOR PROCESSES

This research aims to develop work instruction manuals for the positions in the sales sector of a pharmaceutical company in Paraiba. The objective was to obtain, organize and expose the knowledge of some employees regarding the usability of the system used by the company, in order to increase efficiency in the execution of the processes carried out in this system. Based on bibliographies and reports from the personnel directly involved in each of the processes, Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs were created, in which the step-by-step of each process and who is responsible for it are explained. With this, it was possible to elaborate the "Manuals of Work Instructions" and, finally, a possible proposal to use them to improve the employees.
