The emergence of a significant number of startup projects and their implementation in everyday practice has determined the entry of many new solutions and materials into the market. In view of the organizational factor, which determines to a large extent the limited budget and the lack of solutions for the appropriate provision of special technological equipment and the corresponding need for production facilities in the activities of startups, even quite successful ones, there are problems that require a comprehensive solution.Recently, due to a significant increase in the complexity of designs of systems, apparatuses and devices that are the basic basis of inventions, there is a need, for the most successful samples that give a fundamental and qualitative leap in the effect, to look for adjacent areas of use, in order to spread the most important element of efficiency of tested inventions to technological areas that need the same level of efficiency of innovative modification and, at least, optimization.Since this approach to solving these innovative problems can be confidently included in the list of techniques for creating innovative technical solutions.
