State Reporting: Challenges, Perspectives and Way forward

State Reporting under the International Treaties is a requirement which has been repeatedly abused by all states with no state standing out as an example to the others. It has only remained as a theorem thus a dire need for the different states to take heed in order to enhance on the protection and promotion of Human Rights worlwide. It is therefore with such concern that the author presents all the above and seeks to address some of the major challenges faced by the Reporting and to advocate for a possible way forward.
