The present software package is DOS & FORTRAN-77 based and as such it can be used at any PC. This package is menu driven and can be used by students, research scholars and teachers of any stream, especially Science and Engineering. The terms of statistics needed to efficiently run the software have been explained in the text. The terms explained in this book are various types of data, Arithmetic mean, Geometric mean, Harmonic mean, Mode, Median, Range, Mean deviation, Standard deviation, and various types of moments, Skewness, Kurtosis, Correlation coefficient, Regression coefficients, 2-test and fitting a data in straight line or parabolic curve. This book also includes Software Package is divided into two parts Program-1 and Program-2. The computation of Arithmetic mean, Geometric mean, Harmonic mean, Range, Mean deviation, Standard deviation, Moments, Skewness and Kurtosis are in Program-1. The computation of Correlation coefficient, Regression coefficients, the values of 2 and degrees of freedom, Fitting a straight line or parabolic curve are in Program-2. The outputs of the software package have been shown for the various parameters at the end of respective programs.
