Stewardship Leadership in the Church Growth

The purpose of this thesis is to establish factors affecting the impact of stewardship leadership in the church growth, in the Anglican Churches Kenya. It is a case study of ACK churches in Kawangware Nairobi County. The variables which formed the study included seminar, training and development of the church organizational structure and the organizational policy toward the Christians stewardship leadership growth.leaders must first identify their most important tasks or priorities and consider the readiness level of their followers. Depending on the level of these variables, leaders must apply the most appropriates leadership style to fit the given situation. The four different types of situational leadership covered in this study are, directing, coaching, supporting and delegating.
