Stimulating talent in vocational education and training

UNESCO has drawn attention to the need to allow everyone, without exception, to make all their talents and creative abilities bear fruit, which implies that everyone should be able to take responsibility for themselves and realise their personal project. To this end, universities are planning studies. The work is the result of a research on talent, which proposes a model of talent stimulation in the training of the Physical Culture professional, the foundations that support its logic and internal conception, as well as the dimensions and indicators to identify the talented student in this context. It also offers methodological and organisational orientations and the actions that guide its implementation.
