Our life is full of memories and thoughts about all the things that matter to us. There are only a few moments when we find something essential going on . A fear we have overcome, a dreams that finally came true. But it is the little things that bring even more beauty with them. A hug of a friend on a bad day, the certainity that we are not alone when we sail right into the eye of trouble and the hope that, no matter how twisted our mind gets, we are only one smile away from the good times.

Jolanda Otto, born in 1997, studies "Pharmamanagement and -technology" part time and works in Bremen (Germany). Most of her short stories arose from a time of change between a career building life in Frankfurt am Main and the journey home. Friends and work collegues encouraged her to publish a selection of stories.
