Therefore, the war that Russia embarked on is nothing but to achieve its national security in all its components. However, this war, despite the series of progress, has created major repercussions witnessed by the international community and the Russian interior, which may lead to a decline in the duration of the war. The consensus of the American and Western visions, in general, is that Russia is witnessing a stumbling in its progress, and is incurring high human losses, in addition to the military and economic equipment and capabilities at the level of the field war and at the level of the international community, which constituted a slowdown in the movement of the Russian penetration towards Ukraine, this matter prompted many Researchers move towards strategic analysis, understanding and realizing the risks and crisis for management first , and second to stand with a neutral vision on international issues and come up with interpretations aimed at persuading the international decision-maker.
