Strategic Information Technology Planning

Information technology supports organization better in business activities, management and many other areas that could help the organization gain a competitive advantage and reduce cost and quickly meet the other strategic enterprise objectives. So, strategic information technology planning is purpose studying of this research. IT vision and review current application, information and technology architecture are the main factors in IT strategy that help top manager oriented in the development and appling IT in organization. Otherwise, gap business and IT strategy is considered as the key factors that lead to the success of IT business planning. Analysis between benefit and cost is very easy to help organization in choice and applying application system. The research should help anyone else who may be considering IT strategy, and should be especially useful to professionals in information management fields.
