The present research is the reflection of personal experience acquired, therefore it was carried out to know and study the main problems that arise between management and good business practices when sending fresh green asparagus perishable goods to the international market, seeking to promote and guarantee innovation by finding mechanisms that facilitate good quality management in the city of Ica-Peru.Improving strategic management and good business practices are important in the international, national and regional context, because they improve interaction with markets where there is a seller, a buyer, producers, stockpilers, processing plants, and the entire legal export process, in order to provide a competitive product; Strategic management and good business practices promote and implement optimal conditions to provide a more competitive product, which is why it is important to have excellent management and the improvement of good business practices in all organizations that offer fresh asparagus for export.
