Strategic management of the home hospitalization company

Strategic Management formulates, implements and evaluates the decisions made by assigning functions that enable the company to achieve its goals.This book presents the main elements that influence management and strategic planning within a health care institution dedicated to home care in Argentina.The topics developed are: Administration and institutional management; The administrative process and its purposes; Organizational analysis and corporate strategic planning; Culture and resource management; Current context of health institutions in Argentina; and finally the Situational Diagnosis and Strategic Management Proposal of the company Red Paliativa S.R.L. This work is the result of the research carried out during the Master's Degree in Strategic Management specialized in Health Organizations at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico.
