STRATEGIC PLAN FOR AGL PROVINCE

It is a pleasure for Salesians of Don Bosco TVET Centers in AGL province that has moved strategically forward and steadily to focused directions. In this short span of time, AGL province has been able to establish its internal networks and have been able to establish strong partnerships with donors, industries and international organizations. In AGL now have coordinates 8 TVET Centers and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centers in spread over 3Uganda, Rwanda and Burudi countries. The AGL province has now developed its second new strategic plan for the years 2022 - 2026. Its coordination role has taken it to empower the Don Bosco TVET centers in the Region to deliver human resource who are professionally skilled according to the demands of the labour market. The objectives of this strategic plan 2022-2026 are to offer better paradigm shift of resource management, better TVET Centers management, better accessibility for the marginalized and differently able and improved financial management and sustainability. I am pleased to give a special word of gratitude and grateful to all stakeholders who were instrumental in the strategic plan development .
