Strategic Planning in Project-Oriented Industrial Companies Along

Strategic project management means the coordination of a set of actions and processes to achieve specific project goals, which is divided into two types of executive management and project management. Management is divided into two general strategic parts, partial and operational, according to the nature of its hierarchy. Therefore, strategic management is more focused on the larger, long-term and more fundamental aspects of management goals and tasks, namely planning, organizing, controlling and finally coordination, which there are models and tools to smooth the movement in this direction. Strategic project management is in fact a process during which the justification or non-justification of the project is determined in the context of time and based on the characteristics of the project and its environmental conditions, policies and macro directions and integrated project, the path to achieve project goals and decisions are drawn. Multidimensional is adopted.
