Therapeutic communication is one of the fundamental tools in the work of community nurses in the care of family caregivers of cancer patients. To design a training strategy for the improvement of therapeutic communication with family members of cancer patients. A development research was carried out in the Faculty of Medical Sciences Dr. "Juan Guiteras Gener" of Matanzas province, during the year 2022. A sample of 74 nurses working in Primary Health Care in the family doctor's and nurse practitioner's offices was selected.
