Strategies to avoid internal Crakers

This research is identified within the area of information security and its general objective is to generate a control strategy to avoid undue access by internal personnel (crackers) in the network of a Venezuelan public financial institution, referring to the problems of insecurity and control elements that will allow to combat internal intruders that cause damage to the information. The primary purpose has been to investigate the continuous process of loss of security and reliability in the management of email and internet, which has directly influenced the distrust in the management of the network and therefore has generated a marked deficit in the financial transactions of the State. Many disgruntled employees dive into the network for information that does not belong to them, steal expensive software and perform unauthorized transactions. This study was supported by documentary and bibliographic design, such as books, magazines and documents related to the topic developed.
