In this book I have analysed on the stress level among employees at the Varachha Co-Operative Bank ltd. The book also gives information about banking system and co-operative banks. Recently, Bank is the blood for nation's economy and mainly for corporate world. I think to prepare a book explaining the stress level among employees at the Varachha Co-Operative Bank ltd because, whole work depend upon employees in bank and their stress affect the organisation wholly.
