Details

This publication is dedicated to the recent history of Kazakhstan and is an essential and necessary component of courses in national history and political science. The acquisition of state sovereignty and the emergence of independent Kazakhstan on the political map of the world necessitated the development of a national model of state and government. The study aims to identify and logically substantiate the relationship between the provisions and possibilities of the concept of presidential rule and the theory of a democratic state, as well as their compliance with the needs of modern state and legal practice in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Methodologically, the work is based on the Kazakh model of state functioning developed by President N.A. Nazarbayev, which organically combines cultural and historical features, global democratic norms, and the requirements of Kazakh socio-political reality. In his historic address, President Nazarbayev proclaimed the further strengthening of statehood and the development of Kazakh democracy in his "Strategy Kazakhstan-2050: A New Political Course for an Established State."
